You can track the status of your order online on the "My Orders" from the My account Drop down or from the Side Navigation slide Menu
Once on "My Orders" page ,You will see the tracking Id of your Order.Please go to our official Currier Partner website "https://www.aramex.co.nz/tools/track/"and enter the tracking Id to track your order on the webiste.
Orders can only be shipped to a single delivery/MarketPoint location.
If you need items shipped to different addresses, you will need to place one order per delivery/MarketPoint location.
If you are not home when your order is being delivered, depending on the value of the item, the courier used, and the level of service (signature / no signature required) your order will either be carded and returned to the local depot, or left in a place deemed safe by the courier.
The tracking link provided to you when your order dispatched will advise you the status of your order.
If you have any concerns regarding the whereabouts of your order then please contact our Customer Service team who are happy to assist.

No, all online orders placed through www.thebargain.co.nz are processed and dispatched from our Auckland
All orders are shipped from our Auckland HQ. We currently ship nationwide within New Zealand.
We endeavour to deliver all orders within 5- 15 Working days. Orders placed during a sale or promotional period may take up to 15 working days to be deliver. If your order is time sensitive, please email dispatch@thebargain.co.nz and we will do our best to rush it through.
For deliveries to New Zealand, Courier Post can deliver to PO Boxes, however we find it is best to deliver to a physical address if possible due to the size of our parcels.
Yes, you do need to create an account to purchase from the online store. Here you can track your parcel, view past orders, and save details so that forms are pre-filled for future purchases. By creating an account, you will also automatically earn bargain dollars
No, once an order has been placed and items have been paid for the order is final and you cannot make any amendments. If you need to contact us regarding an order you have just placed, email to dispatch@thebargain.co.nz straight away referencing your order number and we will get back to you a.s.a.p.
No, we cannot apply discounts after the order has been placed as our merchant takes payment at time of purchase and discounts are outside the capabilities of our refund system.
